I don’t know about you by my to do list is way to long and seems to just get longer and never shorter, My mom ADHD also seems to frequently get in the way of accomplishing anything on the list. Things get started but then something else comes up and I get distracted pulled away from the first thing I was working on and that just keeps happening. I think its time to take the bull by the horn and create a to-do-list with just a few items on the list and then just get those done, and when something else comes up that goes on a separate list to get done later. Something has to give, and what I am doing is not working so its on to try something else.
Ok this has morphed from a one a day thing that I’ve tried to do to better myself into a short blurb about what is happening here today in my life, and possibly a rant or rave against something that has ticked me off. My New Year’s Resolution is to do one thing each day to better myself in some way. Could be something big, or it could be something small, but it is one thing that will hopefully by the end of 2012 that will make me a better person. The brain child behind this (he’s the one who thought of it and I’m just following in his footsteps) also has his own blog to express his own One a Day
