Back Pain

Today I killled my back…. ok not really but its hurting.

Working out then going to the laundromat with a huge amount of clothes and carrying that laundry bag was the problem today.

So a nice visit with the heating pad, which had to be unpacked and some nice Advil I can actually move with out pain tonight.

Now to take tomorrow off on visiting the Y so I don’t really hurt myself… so I’ll spend more time packing……

Emmy is really starting to get bored so I’m going to have to find something else for her to do. But it will have to be next week, though she is going out with my parents tomorrow. It hard to be 7 on summer vacation……….
